With registration fees and our fundraising
efforts, the Flemington Falcons are able to host youth football and cheer
programs in our community. The Falcons continue to use the fundraising
dollars by investing in our uniforms and safety equipment for the benefit of
all participating athletes. In 2016, the Falcons purchased new Cheer
uniforms for our cheer teams. In 2017, the Falcons purchased new Riddell football
helmets for all tackle teams. Between
2016 and 2017, the combined investment in uniforms and helmets exceeded
$30,000. With the combined efforts of Falcon parents and the support and
generosity from families, friends and the local community, we are able to keep
our programs running strong.
For all participating families, the Falcons
have two required fundraisers; Tagging and Calendar Raffle Sales.
The Falcons Fundraising committee also arranges and plans other fundraising
initiatives to support our organization.
Below are descriptions of the required and
typical fundraisers the Falcons host throughout the year:
Each Falcon family (not athlete) is required
to sell a pre-determined number of $10 raffle tickets. This is done in
August and September. A winning raffle ticket is drawn each day during
October and November. Cash prizes range from $40 - 200.
Athletes represent the organization at various
businesses in the community by collecting cash donations to support the

We will be hosting dine-outs at local area restaurants throughout 2018.
The Falcons will email information on each event to all families.
During August, the Fundraising Committee
organizes team bake sales within the Falcons organization.
Five Below and
Retail Shopping Events
Every year we partner with Five Below for a
fundraising opportunity. By using the Falcons Five Below flyer, the
Falcons receive a percentage of all sales! Share the flyer with your
friends, family and neighbors to help increase sales. In 2018, we will
also be doing a shopping event with Charming Charlie's and some other local
The Falcons provide a great selection of
Falcon themed spirit wear! Spirit wear is sold at practices, home games,
as well as sold online through links set up for our items.
The Falcons Fundraising Committee also designs
optional fundraising drives to support individual athletes headed to nationals
or toward future program costs. In 2017 optional fundraising included a
frozen dessert sale, and a holiday wreath sale for all regular season
athletes. For our teams traveling to
compete at Pop Warner National Competition, we offer t-shirt and poster

through volunteer hours, United Way or other non-profit campaigns, and Matching
Funds. If you are aware of any programs that can contribute to the Falcons
through these avenues, please let us know!
There are several sponsorship options
available for both businesses and individuals. Each sponsorship level offers
different advertisement venues, such as links on our new website, banners at
home games, ads in our game day programs and recognition of our sponsors via
announcements at our home games. If you or someone you know is interested,

While we are asking our community to support
us, we also feel very strongly about giving back to our community. We will be
supporting our community through various projects throughout the year. More
